ORANGE COUNTY UNITED WAY SPARKPOINT CENTER
In 2022, the ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ Foundation made a $750,000 commitment over five-years to Orange County United Way in support of a new SparkPoint OC center at Kinoshita Elementary School in San Juan Capistrano, CA. As a part of the United for Financial Security Initiative, SparkPoint OC centers are a resource for low-income individuals and families working towards financial stability. Case managers at the SparkPoint OC centers work with families 1:1 for one year, and focus on increasing income, managing credit, and building assets. During the five-year partnership, this SparkPoint OC center will serve approximately 250 families. In addition to the Foundation’s financial support of the SparkPoint OC center, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ employees participate in SparkJoy each year, donating and wrapping gifts for the children of the families who are currently enrolled in the SparkPoint program.Â
